- WeStretch works best on operating systems 4.4+ for Android and 11.0+ for iOS. Make sure your device is up to date and capable of running WeStretch.
- There is not enough available storage on your device. Try deleting old apps, photos, or videos to clear up enough space.
- Hit the "Forgot Password?" button on the "Login" screen.
- Enter the email address that is connected to your Google account.
- Open your mailbox for that email address and click on the "Lost your password?" email.
- Copy the verification code from that email, return to the app and input the code in the spot asking for the verification code. Tap the "Submit" button.
- Create a new password, confirm the password, and hit the "Reset" button.
- Hit the "Forgot Password?" button on the "Login" screen.
- Enter the email address that was connected to your Facebook account.
- Open your mailbox for that email address and click on the "Lost your password?" email.
- Copy the verification code from that email, return to the app and input the code in the spot asking for the verification code. Tap the "Submit" button.
- Create a new password, confirm the password, and hit the "Reset" button.
- Stretch time. You earn 1 point for every minute you stretch.
- Consecutive days. You earn 1 point for every consecutive day you stretch.
- Consecutive weeks. You earn a bonus 100 points for every 7 days you stretch in a row.
- Active challenges. You earn 1 point per day for each unique person you are in a challenge with.
- Friend points. You earn friend points when you are in an active challenge. Regardless of the challenge workout time, you will earn 1 point for each minute your challenger stretched. For example, if your active challenge is for 15 minutes daily, but your friend only stretched 10 minutes, you will earn 10 points. Likewise, if they stretch for 30 minutes, you will earn 30 friend points.

The WeStretch Story
WeStretch started off as a simple idea in Karen’s head. She knew she wanted to get moving and stretching, but how? Yoga’s Downward Dog drove her nuts and she would be in so much pain after crossfit. Karen began thinking of a logical way to stretch, making sure every joint was stretched methodically, and WeStretch was born!
It has been a wild ride! From creating stretching algorithms, to trying to use green-screen modelling, to creating the base of our app in a gaming software- WeStretch has seen it all. WeStretch started off with a single stretching routine and has grown to multiple customizations and styles, and now even hosting group stretching challenges! You want it? We stretch it!
Today, WeStretch has grown to become a powerful daily stretching app. Our users range from sedentary office workers, to world-class Irish dancers, to grandmas fresh out of hip surgery. There truly is a stretching routine for everyone!
WeStretch believes in movement for life. Using physio-approved stretches, our virtual instructor, Ada (who was initially modeled after Karen!), safely guides you through custom-built routines.
Ada helps you to relieve joint and muscle pain in minutes. All it takes is a little bit of consistent effort to see major results!
